even HK has not yet a fair election system for electing the Chief Executive - by winning a majority of the 452 District Council seats through voting by over 4 millions voters, either the pro-democrats or the pro-governments could gain an 117 seats of the District Council subsectors on the only-1200-member Election Committee which elects the Chief Executive (right, crazily unfair system!) .... so, anyway, vote now!
